2nd and 4th

Thursdays in Sturgis
1st and 3rd
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Gateway Village Apartments, 409 Gateway Ct.
2nd and 4th
10 a.m. – 4 p.m. – Village Manor Apartments, 1302 Laura Ct.
For times when heath concerns are urgent or unplanned the Community Mobile Clinic is available during the week in scheduled locations throughout the county, without an appointment.
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) will make a brief assessment and recommend treatment options including follow-up care at your Primary Care Physician’s office.
Our Centreville clinic and Bridge Healthcare Pharmacy are available to those who do not have a medical home. Registering as a patient of Covered Bridge Healthcare gives families choices when seeking medical care.
